Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from terravaart.com, trading as TERRAVA ART / Terrava Textured Art. Business address: 3 rue du Coteau, 69330 Jonage, France; contact@terravaart.com.

1. The artwork you order

The product page and the options selected at checkout identify your artwork, size, finish and price. Read the description and size guide before ordering. Interior photographs illustrate styling and may not show the selected size to scale. Hand finishing and screen settings may produce modest differences in appearance, without affecting the obligation to supply conforming goods.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. Applicable taxes and any additional charges are shown in the order summary before payment. Standard delivery is free worldwide. Payment methods available for your order appear at checkout; card information is handled by the payment service used at checkout.

3. Ordering

Check the artwork, size, finish and delivery details before submitting payment. Your order confirmation records the transaction. Contact us promptly if you find an error. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and arrange repayment of the amount paid for the unavailable goods.

4. Production and delivery

Allow approximately 7–10 days for production, followed by 10–15 days in transit. Consult our shipping policy for the full process. A specific agreed delivery commitment takes precedence over a general estimate. Your rights in the event of late delivery remain applicable.

5. Withdrawal and returns

Eligible consumer purchases benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period. Read our returns and refunds policy, including the withdrawal form, return process and refund timetable. Standard size and finish choices do not alone constitute bespoke personalisation.

6. Legal guarantees

Consumers retain mandatory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects. Under French law, the conformity guarantee for new goods applies for two years from delivery. Contact us to request the appropriate remedy; no commercial policy reduces these rights.

7. Customer service and complaints

Send any complaint to contact@terravaart.com, identifying the order and the issue. We will seek an amicable resolution. Applicable rights to consumer mediation and competent courts are preserved. Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protection in their country of residence.

8. Website content

Artwork images, photographs, branding and written content are provided for browsing and purchasing from TERRAVA ART. Reproduction or commercial reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s authorisation. Links to third-party services are governed by those services’ own terms.
