Follow your artwork from production to delivery.
1. Find your confirmation
Open the order confirmation sent to the email address used at checkout. Select the order status link to view the information currently available for your order.
2. Allow time for production
Artworks are made to order. The production estimate is approximately 7–10 days. A tracking number is normally available only once a parcel is prepared for dispatch; a missing number during production does not indicate that the order has been lost.
3. Follow the carrier link
When dispatch information becomes available, use the carrier link in your shipping notification or order status page. Updates may take time to appear after collection. Transport is estimated at 10–15 days.

Check your spam folder first, then email contact@terravaart.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check with your household and any safe delivery location, then contact us promptly.
