Each TERRAVA ART order begins with the making of your artwork. We keep production and transport estimates separate so you can plan with confidence.
Worldwide delivery
Standard delivery is free worldwide. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see the available delivery options.
When to expect your artwork
- Production: approximately 7–10 days after order confirmation.
- Transport: approximately 10–15 days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: approximately 17–25 days.
These are estimates rather than a guaranteed delivery appointment. Your order confirmation and any delivery commitment agreed with you remain applicable. We will inform you if we become aware of a delay.
Tracking your parcel
Keep your order confirmation. Once dispatch information is available, the tracking link is provided by email or through your order status page. The first carrier scan may appear after collection. Read our tracking guide.
Address and access
Please check your name, street address, postcode, telephone number and any access instructions before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. For a large artwork, check doorways, stairways and lift dimensions before ordering.
Receiving your artwork
Inspect the packaging on arrival. If you notice damage, take photographs of the package and artwork, retain the packaging and contact us promptly. We will help arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory rights are not conditional on making a carrier claim yourself.
International formalities
Deliveries outside the EU may involve local import formalities. Free transport does not itself mean that a destination’s import taxes or duties are included. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.
