Products
The essential characteristics of each artwork, including available dimensions, finishes and frame options, are displayed on the relevant product page.
TERRAVA ART artworks are hand-painted.
Because of this handmade process, slight differences in brushwork, texture and artistic execution may occur between individual pieces.
Prices
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the customer confirms the purchase.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before final payment.
No additional undisclosed charge will be added to an order after it has been confirmed.
Ordering process
Before placing an order, customers can review the selected product, options, quantity, delivery information and total amount.
The customer confirms the order by completing the checkout process and authorizing payment.
An order is considered accepted when payment is successfully authorized and an order confirmation is issued.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment is processed through the secure payment providers enabled through Shopify.
Production
Many TERRAVA ART artworks are prepared and hand-painted after the customer places an order.
Production may begin shortly after payment confirmation.
Delivery
Most orders are expected to be delivered within approximately 20 to 28 calendar days after order confirmation.
The estimated delivery information displayed before purchase provides the most current estimate for the order.

Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before production or processing begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Right of withdrawal
Except where a legal exception applies, consumers have a period of 14 days after receiving the product to notify us that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.
After notifying us, the customer must return the product within 14 days.
Where permitted by applicable law, products made according to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Returns
Before returning a product, customers must contact us at contact@terravaart.com to obtain the appropriate return instructions.
For a change-of-mind return, return shipping costs are borne by the customer where permitted by law.
This does not affect the customer's rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the payment method originally used for the purchase.
Refunds relating to a statutory withdrawal are processed within the period required by applicable law.
Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided by applicable French law.
These statutory rights are independent of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
Consumers residing outside France retain any mandatory consumer protections granted to them by the applicable law of their country of residence where such protections cannot legally be waived.
