A little care helps preserve the texture and finish of your artwork.
Unpacking
Open the packaging carefully on a clean, dry surface. Keep blades away from the canvas and frame. Lift a framed work by its supporting edges, avoiding pressure on the textured surface.
Placement
Choose a dry indoor position away from direct heat, persistent moisture and strong direct sunlight. Use fixings suited to the wall, the artwork’s weight and its hanging system. For a large work, ask a qualified installer for help.
Cleaning
Dust gently with a clean, soft, dry brush. Do not rub raised textures or use water, household cleaners, abrasive products or solvents. Contact us before attempting to remove a mark.
Rolled canvases
Arrange professional stretching or framing locally. Avoid folding the canvas or forcing the textured surface. Keep the work dry and protected until it is framed.
