TERRAVA ART is operated by Terrava Textured Art, established in France.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced within them.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website, gain unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malicious software or use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of another person.

Products

TERRAVA ART specializes in hand-painted artwork.

We make reasonable efforts to present our products, dimensions, frame options, finishes and characteristics accurately.

Because every artwork is painted by hand, small differences in texture, brushwork and artistic execution may naturally occur between individual pieces.

These variations are inherent to handmade artwork.

Prices

Product prices are displayed on the website.

The final amount payable, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, is displayed before the customer completes payment.

Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected.

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully authorized and the customer receives confirmation of the order.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment failure, suspected fraud, manifest pricing errors or inability to fulfill the order.

Any payment collected for an order that we cancel will be refunded where applicable.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers enabled on our store.

TERRAVA ART does not ask customers to send complete payment card information by email.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, TERRAVA ART branding, original website content, artwork photographs, graphics, texts and visual elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior authorization.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

To the extent permitted by law, TERRAVA ART is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in our website, products, services or legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed, except where otherwise required by law.
